Orders are processed within 24 hours of placing the order. Normal shipping time for in-stock items are 3-5 business days. Sometimes shipping times can be anywhere between 5-14 days for pre-order items, depending on availability. 

If you order the wrong size , you are able to exchange the item within 7 days after you have received it. 

Customer satisfaction is our primary concern. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return the item for a store credit within 14 days from the date your shipment was received granted the item has not been worn and is in brand new condition. We DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS. Please make your selections wisely. We at Sirens of Hollywood have the right to deny an exchange request at our discretion.
