1. What is pre-ordering? 

When you pre-order an item, those are items that we do not currently have in-stock. Once we order them and receive them at our warehouse, which takes an average of 10-15 days, we will notify you that your item is being prepared for shipment via sending your tracking information. 


2. What shipping company do you use?

We use United States Postal Service Priority Mail 


3. What if I order the wrong size?

You can exchange the item if you have notified us within 7 days of receiving your shipment.  NO REFUNDS

4. Can you order custom items or special request?

Yes we will be happy to help you customize your style or if there is a particular item you are looking for that is not listed on our website, we can order it for you.
